TEH's aim is to advocate and implement this into practice


TEH started to do something about the inhumane conditions for the romanian children, who lived in speciel home for children and psychiatric hospitals. For more than 20 years ago

Regardless of what it's about: inclusion of Roma children in schools in Bulgaria or empowerment of youths with doublediagnosis in Denmark, development of institutions for people with disabilities in Romania, reform of psychiatry in Albania, support to professional qualification of social workers i Russia or Kyrgyzstan, establishment of crisis centre for vulnerable children and women in Lithuani, cooperation around training boost in social and pedagogical faculties educations between russian and EU universities, social capital growth initiatives in civil-society projects in Belarus and many other interresting aktivitites, which ties the human rights to practical and real opportunities for everyone – then TEH want to be in!


Also when it's difficult and it requires to pave the way, while we walk… But this can only be done with your support.

• TEH is independent from political, religious and economic interest

• TEH works for social inclusion – to create better possibilities for people to take part in their (local)community

• TEH works on basis of the right to education and training, work and other of the UN’s Standard Rules

• TEH works and has contributed with supporting many projects and activities in many countries,

        in particular Denmark, East-Europe, Russia and Central Asia

• TEH is build on a voluntary efforts both in the daily life and in the projects

• TEH is member of a number of Danish and international associations

• TEH has over 500 members and a board of 12 members
